Brief Introduction:
Cr12Mo1V1 is a cold working dies with high carbon and high chromium being widely adopted in the world which belongs to ledeburite steel. It has high hardening ability and quenching-hardening performance, high abrasion resistance, good oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures and less deformation after heat treatment. It is suitable for manufacturing various cold working dies with high precision and long lifetime, cutting tools and measuring tools, such as punching dies with complicated shape, cold extrusion dies, thread rolling dies, screw plates, cold sheering blades and precise measuring devices.
