Brief Introduction:
7CrSiMnMo is a kind flame quenching cold working dies with wide quenching temperature range and small overheating sensitivity which can be heated by flame quenching. It has good hardening ability, and quenching hardening is only obtained by air cooling to make hardness reach HRC62-64, It has some advantages such as convenient quenching operation, lower cost and less deformation after air cooling. And better strength with toughness. Being widely applied in assembled dies, punching dies with punching thickness less than 7mm,sheering die and scudding knife etc.
