Brief Introduction£º
CrWMn belongs to oil quenching steel. as a result of carbide formation from tungsten, there is more over-left carbide than 9SiCr after quenching and tempering under low temperature. High hardness, abrasion resistance and better toughness, but it is more insensitive to forming carbide net. If there is net-shaped carbide existence, the edge of the tool steel will have a risk of peeling which can shorten the service life of it. Therefore for the net-shaped carbide steel must be forged or normalized according to the degree of its severity .It can be used for manufacturing tap, molar, reamer and small sized punching dies.
