Brief Introduction
4Cr5MoSiV1 is a widely used hot working dies in the world with better toughness and higher thermal strength, elevated temperature fatigue resistance and certain abrasion resistance. It belongs to hardening steel by air cooling, and has the advantage of less deformation after heat treatment. Usually being used for manufacturing aluminum die-casting moulds, hot extrusion dies, punching dies, core rod forging dies, compressor forging dies and plastic moulds est. Also suitable for aluminum, copper and its alloyed die-casting mould.
